Terms of Service

1. The Services

rpc edge provides Solana network infrastructure, including RPC endpoints, Yellowstone gRPC streaming, decoded transactions from shreds, a transaction sender, and dedicated nodes. The Services are technical infrastructure for reading from and writing to public blockchains.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Features described as roadmap, beta, or preview may change or be withdrawn without notice.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and credentials and for all activity that occurs under them. Notify us promptly at legal@rpcedge.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You must not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, resell, or circumvent the limits of the Services, or use them for unlawful purposes.

4. Fees and billing

Paid plans, usage limits, and dedicated-node pricing are described at signup or in a separate order or agreement. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Services, other than taxes on our income.

5. No financial, trading, or custody services

rpc edge is infrastructure only. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice; we do not execute trades on your behalf; and we never take custody of your funds, private keys, or digital assets. Any trading or transaction decisions you make using the Services are solely your own.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible and carry inherent risks, including network congestion, forks, reorganizations, slippage, and total loss. You accept these risks.

6. Third-party networks and services

The Services interact with public networks and third-party systems we do not control, including the Solana network, the Jito Block Engine, validators, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or conduct of those networks and third parties.

7. Service levels

Except where a separate written agreement provides a specific service-level commitment (for example, on dedicated plans), the Services are provided without any uptime, latency, or performance guarantee. Any figures shown on our website are illustrative or measured per workload and are not warranties.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rpc edge and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or trading losses, arising out of or related to the Services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rpc edge and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
